TORQtec® 传动装置

TORQtec®是毅结特系统中用于传递运动的组件。这种部件可以完成旋转运动的90°传递。应用于蜗轮或者螺母-螺杆系统。TORQtec®传动元件的应用领域是多样化的。例如汽车后视镜和头枕调整系统，或是燃气用具的主轴调整。 TORQtec®传动元件的不同版本如下：

传动螺纹

TORQtec®的优点在于冷成型的螺杆。采用毅结特传动或梯形螺纹，具有小于30°的牙侧角。牙型表面的粗糙度很低，这有利于对配件的轻量化。

螺杆-螺母 系统

完整的冷成型螺杆，配合精确匹配由塑料制成的完美螺母，形成了具有非常紧密螺纹副的螺杆-螺母系统。

蜗轮

所述的冷成型技术是蜗轮轴的基础。螺纹牙侧的低粗糙度使得系统具有高效率。可以为客户同时提供冷成型技术与注塑齿轮元件。
