由于承载区域采用碳奥氏体回火组织（强度与10.9级相当），MAXXtip®螺钉对氢脆性不敏感。因此，无需回火即可在电镀表面应用，从而在成型区域使螺纹侧面硬度至少达到750 HV*。

*若为锌片表面，烘烤会导致成型区域的螺纹牙侧硬度降低至少600 HV。

Main application fields of EJOT MAXXtip®

使用螺纹类型的（超）高强度钢板（抗拉强度至少为1200 MPa

  • SHEETtracs® 精度高达2毫米
